I’m the lead partner for foreign-based clients engaged in international business in China as well as Chinese companies investing in North America, Europe, and Asia.
I specialize in developing business strategy, supplier identification and assessment, program management, engineering consulting, as well as accounting and tax services for clients primarily in the automotive, medical device, and consumer products industries. I was also instrumental in launching the firms’ Shanghai office.
I have a long history of success working with Chinese companies, and I enjoy advising clients on maximizing all of the benefits of running a business in China. Clients appreciate that I put myself in their shoes on all projects, big and small.
I occasionally speak to various professional organizations on international business topics. I’m a member of the Shanghai America Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the China Medical Device Association. I’m a licensed Chinese CPA and I have a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
In my free time, I enjoy soccer, swimming, table tennis, and reading.
