As a member of the firm’s National Tax Office, I specialize in federal tax consulting for businesses and their owners. I continuously monitor tax legislation and developing trends to help keep my clients ahead of the curve. Clients look to my advice and insight on the structuring and modeling of M&A transactions, tax research, and tax planning. I’m also a leader in our tax accounting methods practice. I serve clients in a variety of industries, including service, technology, manufacturing, and financial institutions.
With more than 10 years at the firm, I’ve found that structuring a transaction or navigating a complex area of the tax code can be just like working out a fantastic logic problem.
I belong to the AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs. I received my B.B.A. and my M.S.A. in accounting information systems from Eastern Michigan University and my M.S.T. in taxation from Walsh College.
I spend my free time with my husband, wrangling our four young children. I enjoy road trips, movies, and crochet.
